About GCUC

Following the trends in the world, the coworking movement in South America is booming, but with its own unique flair. It is attracting startups, incubators, accelerators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, small business, corporate, fablabs, government, corporate, education, real estate, architecture, space and furniture design among others in diverse locations. Local events are happening everywhere such as WAG Week in Bogotá or the Brazilian Coworking Conference in São Paulo.

You won’t want to miss this one!
Join us March 3rd – 4th in São Paulo, Brazil.

GCUC (Global Coworking Unconference Conference) arrives in Brazil for the 1st South American coworking conference, called GCUC South America. It’s pronounced “juicy” because that’s exactly what its subject matter is: a big, juicy wave of awesomeness that’s changing the face of work as we know it. We’re riding on a wave of accelerated serendipity and helping make the future of work happen in a whole new way.

We invite you to join us for the first South American coworking conference and unconference and learn more about this exciting trend in the future of work from south american and international coworking industry leaders.

What began in 2006 as a simple “Coworking Meetup” for about 30 held in a bar in Austin, TX during SXSW, GCUC USA is now a three day program including keynotes, panels – about design, technology, community, marketing, branding, real estate and financing-, unconference breakouts, group dinners and a trade show expo. After drawing over 300 people from over 11 countries this past May, GCUC is going global. And GCUC South America is part of the GCUC global platform for learning.

That’s right, the airwaves just got juicier. GCUC has partnered with Tony Bacigalupo to present a series of podcasts exploring all things coworking. Give it a listen!
